Job summary

RNA Resources Group Limited is seeking a Warehouse Operations lead to manage daily inbound/outbound, picking, and put-away while meeting SLAs. You will supervise 30–40 staff, drive inventory accuracy, and coordinate with IT/maintenance for system availability. Strong MS Excel, ERP/WMS experience and data analytics skills are required.

Advanced planning and cross-training during peak periods (Ramadan/BTS) are part of the role, with a focus on safety and cost per piece improvements.

Qualifications

• Graduate with relevant qualification.
• 3–5 years of experience in ERP, warehousing, data analytics or MIS.
• Advanced MS Excel and MS Office skills; experience with ERP or WMS.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily warehouse operations including inbound, outbound, picking, and put-away.
• Lead a team of 30–40, ensure SLA compliance and safety.
• Coordinate with IT/maintenance for system availability and improvements.
• Manage consumables and inventory accuracy; perform audits.
• Plan manpower to meet productivity targets during peak periods.
