Exotic Colors By MAYSARi in Abu Dhabi is seeking an Inventory Clerk to support warehouse operations and ensure accuracy in stock records. You will manage receiving, storage, and inventory updates while coordinating with the Warehouse Manager on shortages and audits.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, teamwork, and compliance with safety procedures. A 1–2 year background in retail, wholesale, warehousing or logistics is preferred, with proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years' experience in retail, wholesale warehousing or logistics.
• Ability to organize and maintain warehouse operations.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality compliance.
• Store goods in designated warehouse locations ensuring proper handling and organization.
• Maintain accurate inventory records updating the system promptly with changes.
• Conduct regular physical inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies with recorded data.
• Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or discrepancies to the Warehouse Manager.
• Accurately pick, pack and prepare orders for timely shipment; coordinate with carriers.
• Organize and maintain the warehouse layout to optimize space utilization.
• Maintain records of transactions including receipts, shipments and inventory changes.
• Prepare and submit regular reports on inventory status and other key metrics.
• Utilize warehouse management software to track inventory and improve efficiency.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to resolve issues.
