Job summary

Exotic Colors By MAYSARi in Abu Dhabi seeks a Supply Chain & Inventory Control Manager to own the full supply chain, including procurement, international logistics, warehouse operations, and stock reconciliation with POS and ERP systems.

You will lead a team of coordinators, drivers, and store keepers, oversee multi-brand stock across branches, drive stock accuracy, and report to Management. This role requires a UAE GCC driving license, 4–5 years in SCM, and SOP implementation.

Qualifications

• Mandatory UAE/GCC driving license and willingness to visit branches daily.
• Proven experience leading a team (coordinators, drivers, store keepers).
• 4–5 years in supply chain, inventory control, or warehouse management.
• Hands-on in stocktakes across multiple locations and POS/ERP variances.
• Experience with UAE import logistics and cloud accounting/inventory suites.

Responsibilities

• Own stock control and reconciliation across all branches and the warehouse.
• Oversee procurement, supplier relations, and approvals within governance.
• Manage international logistics, customs, insurance, and shipments end-to-end.
• Lead the supply chain team and deliver weekly/monthly performance reports.
• Write and maintain SOPs; coordinate IT tools with the team.
