Job summary

Temu in Dubai seeks an experienced logistics professional to manage 3PL performance, lead daily operations, and ensure smooth peak-period execution. You will monitor KPIs, SLAs, and drive cost optimization while collaborating with internal teams and external providers.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in logistics, a bachelor’s degree, fluent English, and proficiency with WMS/TMS and lean tools. You should be able to work shifts day and night and uphold high safety and quality standards.

Job description

Responsibilities:

1. Manage performance, quality, cost, and capacity of third party logistics partners (3PL)
2. Monitor KPIs and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) related to delivery, customer experience, and operations
3. Lead daily operations and ensure smooth execution during peak periods (e.g. sales events)
4. Drive process improvements and cost optimization initiatives
5. Collaborate with internal teams and external logistics providers
6. Ensure high standards in safety, quality, and operational excellence

Requirements:

1. 3+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations.
2. Bachelor’s degree or higher. Fluent in English.
3. Proficiency in warehouse operation processes, lean tools (6S, Kaizen, DMAIC), and cost management.
4. Ability to predict and manage risks, improve safety mechanisms, and implement cost reduction strategies.
5. Strong leadership skills with experience in team management and performance improvement.
6. Availability to work in a shift system (day/night).
7. Skilled in Excel, Word, PPT, and other office software.- Familiar with WMS/TMS systems.
