Job summary

Freight care Logistics (Pty) Ltd in Dubai, UAE seeks an experienced Warehouse Coordinator to join our team. You will manage daily warehouse activities for Sea and Land Freight, ensuring accurate cargo records and efficient dispatch.

Mandatory WMS experience and knowledge of import/export cargo handling are required. You will collaborate with freight forwarding, transport and operations teams to optimize space and inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

• WMS experience is mandatory.
• Experience in warehouse coordination within freight forwarding.
• Knowledge of Sea Freight and Land Freight operations.
• Experience in import and export cargo handling.
• Good understanding of cargo receiving, storage, consolidation and dispatch.
• Knowledge of inventory control and cargo documentation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily warehouse activities related to Sea Freight and Land Freight shipments.
• Handle inbound and outbound cargo operations.
• Update cargo receipts, stock movements and dispatch details in WMS.
• Coordinate cargo consolidation, deconsolidation and shipment preparation.
• Monitor cargo loading, unloading and delivery activities.
• Coordinate with freight forwarding, transport and operations teams.
• Ensure accurate cargo records and proper warehouse documentation.
• Monitor warehouse space utilization and inventory accuracy.
