Job summary

Aquarius Worldwide in Dubai seeks an experienced Warehouse Operator to manage inbound/outbound shipments, stock handling, and safe operations. You will support packing, receiving, and dispatching while maintaining accuracy and timelines.

The role requires 3–5 years in warehouse operations, strong knowledge of warehouse procedures, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Candidates must demonstrate good communication, teamwork, and safety awareness in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in warehouse operations.
• Good knowledge of warehouse procedures, inventory handling, receiving, picking, packing, and dispatching.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to prepare freight estimates, calculate dimensional weight, and handle invoices and percentage calculations.
• Good understanding of health, safety, and warehouse procedures.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely; valid forklift license
• Ability to handle physical warehouse activities safely.
• Ability to work under operational pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inbound Quality Assurance & Quality Control.
• Allocate bin locations to items as per their dimensions and type.
• Conduct outbound packing quality checks.
• Record received stock keeping units.
• Pack materials efficiently considering transport handling.
• Organize received items in their bin locations.
• Offload and load materials to/from containers.
• Operate forklift to load/unload lengthy materials (~6.5 meters).
• Audit incoming/outgoing materials against system entries.
• Ensure proper documentation is issued before releasing or receiving shipments from Jebel Ali Free Zone.
• Inspect warehouse equipment for safety and up-to-date status.
• Manage petty cash for warehouse supplies and shipment expenses.
• Prepare reports on pending and packed shipments.
• Maintain a tracker for serial numbers of outbound operators.

11. Inspecting the equipment’s used in the warehouse are up to date and as per the safety guidelines.
12. Managing petty cash for the miscellaneous warehouse supplies and shipment related expenses.
13. Preparing report related to pending and packed shipment in the warehouse
14. Maintaining a tracker for the serial numbers for all outbound automatic operators
