Job summary

Unity Star Import and Export FZE LLC in Dubai is seeking a hardworking Warehouse Assistant to join our team. You will support daily warehouse operations, receiving, checking, storing, picking, packing and dispatching goods while maintaining a clean, safe, and organized facility.

The role requires physical fitness, reliability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Prior warehouse experience is preferred; on-site work, visa support, and medical insurance are provided where

• Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or similar role preferred.
• Good physical fitness and ability to lift and move goods.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic reading and writing to follow instructions.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Responsible, punctual, and hardworking.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work flexible hours.
• Knowledge of basic warehouse procedures is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming goods and verify quantities against delivery documents.
• Inspect products for damage, shortages, or discrepancies.
• Load and unload goods safely and efficiently.
• Arrange and store products in designated warehouse locations.
• Pick products according to orders and prepare them for dispatch.
• Pack, label, and organize items accurately for delivery.
• Assist with loading goods onto delivery vehicles.
• Perform regular stock counting and inventory checks.
• Report damaged, missing, or incorrect items to the Warehouse Supervisor.
• Maintain accurate records of stock movements and warehouse activities.
• Follow FIFO/FEFO procedures where applicable.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free from unnecessary hazards.
• Follow company policies, warehouse procedures, and health and safety regulations.
• Use warehouse equipment and tools safely and responsibly.
• Assist with general warehouse duties as assigned by the supervisor.
• Work closely with warehouse, logistics, purchasing, and delivery teams.
• Ensure products are handled carefully to prevent damage or loss.
