Job summary

AW Rostamani Group in Dubai seeks a seasoned logistics professional to support warehouse and clearance operations by coordinating trailer and driver schedules, ensuring timely loading, clearance and dispatch in line with SLA. You will maintain accurate system entries in Oracle, prepare daily clearance reports, and ensure adherence to HSE standards while liaising with Customs and internal teams.

The role requires 5+ years of experience, 10+2 or equivalent education, and basic English.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in a similar field and role.
• 10+2 or equivalent education.
• Basic English language knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Support clearance operations by coordinating trailer movements and adjusting driver schedules as required.
• Identify urgent clearance requirements and initiate actions promptly.
• Liaise with Customs authorities and elevate requests for assistance when needed.
• Monitor operations and report any deviations from planned activities or schedules.
• Prepare and maintain daily clearance reports.
• Ensure vehicles are planned and allocated according to load requirements.
• Verify that vehicles are loaded and dispatched on time in line with agreed SLAs.
• Record trip and movement data accurately in the Oracle system.
• Coordinate and support staff transportation allocation and execution.
• Ensure all operational processes, safety, and HSE standards are strictly followed.
• Complete all required documentation accurately and within stipulated timelines.
