Job summary

AW Rostamani Group is seeking a forklift operator to support daily warehouse operations. The role involves picking and binning with forklifts, loading/unloading containers, and maintaining equipment to ensure safe and efficient warehouse throughput.

Candidates should have a High School level education, the ability to read English, speak Hindi, and hold a valid UAE forklift license. Experience with Reach Trucks is preferred, and the team collaborates to meet stock counts and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High School / HSC level and should be able to speak Hindi and should be able to read English.

Responsibilities

• Carry out daily checks on equipment using a provided checklist.
• Assist with binning and picking using forklift/reach truck to move material on racks.
• Unload and load containers using forklifts as required.
• Regularly clean and maintain forklifts/reach trucks.

Job purpose

To support the day-to-day warehouse operations like Picking / Binning using Material Handling equipment’s like Forklift / Reach Truck / Power Pallet Truck.

Job responsibilities

• To do physical checking of the equipment as per provided checklist before start of the work on daily basis.
• To support the daily warehouse operations like Binning and Picking using material handling equipment’s like Forklift / Reach Truck which are used to keep and remove the material at Racks in the warehouse.
• To unload and load the containers using Forklifts wherever required.
• To regularly clean and maintain the Forklifts / Reach trucks used.
• To help in housekeeping activities whenever required.
• To support during annual stock count.
• To adhere to the safety policies while operating the equipment.

Educational Qualification

• High School / HSC level and should be able to speak Hindi and should be able to read English

Work Experience

• One or two years of Forklift / Reach Truck Driving experience is preferable

Competencies

• Should have Valid UAE Forklift Driving Licence
