• Make thoughtful recommendations: Know Ballarò’s menu, specials, and beverage offerings so you can guide guests with confidence and respond to dietary requests with care.

• Serve with precision: Take and enter orders accurately, coordinate with the kitchen and bar, and present food and beverages at the right pace.

• Anticipate the details: Notice when guests need assistance, refresh their drinks, and attend to requests discreetly throughout their meal.

• Prepare for every service: Keep tables and service stations polished, stocked, and organised, ready to welcome the next guest.

• Resolve concerns with grace: Listen carefully, respond promptly, and involve a supervisor when needed to ensure each guest feels cared for.
