Job summary

Atlantis The Palm in Dubai seeks passionate Waitresses to deliver world‑class dining experiences to our resort guests. You will manage table service, handle guest requests, and ensure the dining area remains flawless.

Requirements include 1 year of waiting experience in UAE premium hospitality and a high school certificate. A transferable visa and fitness to obtain an Occupational Health Card are also required.

Qualifications

• High school certificate required; a basic food hygiene certificate preferred.
• At least 1 year of waiting experience in UAE premium hospitality.
• Must hold a valid transferable residency visa and be medically fit to obtain an Occupational Health Card (OHC).

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, present menus, and answer questions about ingredients and preparation.
• Take orders accurately and enter them into the Micros POS system without delays.
• Carry trays, serve plates, and maintain pristine dining areas and table settings.
• Ensure tables are reset for the next seating and assist teammates as needed.

Atlantis The Palm is seeking passionate and energetic Waitresses to deliver world-class dining experiences to our resort guests. You will manage table service, handle guest requests, and ensure the dining area remains flawless.

Core Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly, present menus, and answer detailed questions regarding ingredients and food preparation.
• Accurately take food and beverage orders and punch them into the Micros POS system without delays.
• Carry heavy food trays from the kitchen to the dining room and serve plates using proper hospitality standards.
• Maintain the cleanliness of your assigned station and ensure all tables are perfectly reset for the next seating.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Qualifications: High school certificate. A basic certification in food hygiene is highly preferred.
• Experience: At least 1 year of hands‑on waiting experience inside the UAE premium hospitality sector.
• Papers: Must hold a valid transferable residency visa and be medically fit to obtain an Occupational Health Card (OHC).
