Job summary

Al Forsan in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Waiter/Waitress to deliver exceptional dining experiences. You will take orders, serve meals, handle payments, and assist guests with any needs on site. The role requires 1–2 years in hospitality, a High School diploma, and a strong focus on service quality and professionalism.

The position offers full-time hours in person with shared accommodation, meals provided, and visa/medical insurance support.

Qualifications

• High School education required.
• 1-2 years experience in hospitality/F&B preferred.
• Restaurant experience is desirable.
• Salary and benefits: 1,500 AED plus sharing accommodation, meals, uniform, transportation, visa and medical insurance.

Responsibilities

• Take guest orders accurately and present menus.

Accountability Summary

Deliver exceptional guest service by taking orders, serving food and beverages accurately, and addressing guest needs to ensure a pleasant and memorable dining experience.

Responsibilities:

• Order Taking: Present menus, answer questions, and write down guest orders accurately to ensure correct service.
• Service Delivery: Serve food and beverages to tables efficiently and professionally in accordance with service standards.
• Guest Assistance: Observe guests to respond to additional requests and determine when the meal is completed.
• Payment Processing: Accept payment and pass it to the cashier to ensure accurate billing.
• Problem Solving: Address guest complaints immediately by escalating them to the Supervisor when necessary.
• Coordination: Relay orders to the kitchen and bar via the POS system to ensure timely preparation.
• Professionalism: Maintain appropriate standards of hygiene, uniform, and conduct to represent the resort professionally

Minimum Qualifications & Experience:

• Education: High School.
• Experience: Minimum 1-2 years in a similar role within the Hospitality or Food & Beverage industry.
• Salary + Benefits Offered: 1,500 AED + sharing accommodation (no live-out allowance) + 3 x Meals/day + free uniform + free transportation inside the company + every 2 years ticket cash (roundtrip to home country) + visa & medical insurance will be provided.
