Job summary

Grand Hyatt Dubai is seeking a hospitality professional to deliver exceptional guest service in our food and beverage operation. The waiter/waitress will ensure courteous, professional, and flexible service to satisfy guests and uphold Grand Hyatt Dubai’s standards.

Ideal candidates hold a diploma in Hospitality or Tourism, have at least 2 years of hotel operations experience, and demonstrate strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills to thrive in a dynamic hotel

Qualifications

• Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
• Minimum 2 years' work experience in hotel operations.
• Good customer service, communications and interpersonal skills are a must.
