Job summary

Grand Hyatt Dubai invites applications for a Hostess / Cashier to deliver an excellent guest experience in our hotel restaurants and Food & Beverage outlets. You will welcome guests, assist staff, and support inventory management to ensure smooth service.

The ideal candidate has a relevant hospitality qualification and at least 2 years of hotel operations experience, with strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Abu Dhabi.

Qualifications

• Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
• Minimum 2 years' work experience in hotel operations.
• Good customer service, communications and interpersonal skills are a must.
