Job summary

SEVEN Wellness Club in Dubai seeks a proactive Waiter Team Leader to guide the front-of-house service team and ensure exceptional guest experiences. You will lead daily briefings, supervise waitstaff, and coordinate with kitchen and bar for seamless service during peak hours.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a senior waiter or team leader in a high-end restaurant.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily shift briefings assigning sections and responsibilities to waitstaff.
• Ensure all FOH staff deliver professional friendly and attentive service at all times.
• Monitor guest satisfaction, handle complaints promptly and professionally.
• Assist in onboarding, training and ongoing coaching of new and existing waiters.
• Supervise table setups, cleanliness and adherence to service protocols.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Assist with order taking and table service during peak periods.
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge (menu specials, diets, ingredients, allergens).
• Ensure POS transactions are correctly processed and cash handling procedures are followed.
• Conduct regular checks on team grooming, hygiene and uniform standards.
• Support management with inventory of service items and daily reports when needed.
