Job summary

BeBabel The Palm at Addmind invites an attentive waiter to join our luxury beach club operations on Dubai's iconic coast. You will deliver high-end food and beverage service, engage guests with wine pairings, and contribute to a premium dining experience in a fast-paced environment.

We seek a friendly Arabic-speaking candidate with 2–4 years in fine-dining or luxury hospitality, strong product knowledge, and exemplary communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–4 years’ experience in high-end restaurants, fine-dining, or luxury hotels.
• Knowledge of fine-dining etiquette, service standards, and wine/beverage pairings.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in a professional and courteous manner.
• Present menus, explain dishes, and provide recommendations on food and beverage pairings.
• Take and serve orders accurately while ensuring timely delivery.
• Upsell specials, premium items, and wine pairings to maximize revenue.
• Maintain table cleanliness and assist in opening/closing duties.

Job description

Addmind is a privately owned hospitality group and the leading food and beverage management and concept creation company in the Middle East, with a growing international portfolio of restaurants, bars and lounges, beach clubs, nightlife venues, and hotels.

We are seeking a friendly, attentive, and professional Waiter to join our growing team at BeBabel The Palm . The ideal candidate will deliver an excellent guest experience by providing efficient, high-quality food and beverage service. This position requires strong product knowledge, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy beach club environment.

For this position, we are specifically seeking an Arabic-speaking candidate.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Service & Dining Experience

• Greet and welcome guests in a professional and courteous manner.
• Present menus, explain dishes, and provide recommendations on food and beverage pairings.
• Take and serve orders accurately while ensuring timely delivery.
• Anticipate guest needs and provide personalized attention to enhance satisfaction.

Operational Duties

• Set up, maintain, and clear tables according to high-end standards.
• Assist in daily opening and closing duties of the restaurant.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow.
• Handle guest complaints professionally and escal> to management when necessary.

Knowledge & Upselling

• Maintain detailed knowledge of the menu, ingredients, and wine/beverage offerings.
• Upsell specials, premium items, and wine pairings to maximize revenue.
• Stay updated on restaurant promotions, events, and service standards.
• Ensure all dining areas are clean, organized, and meet health and safety standards.
• Follow hygiene practices and service protocols strictly.
