Zuma in Abu Dhabi is seeking a dedicated Waiter to contribute to our vibrant guest experience. You will provide attentive service, anticipate guest needs, and deliver dishes with precision in a luxury, high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• Previous waiter experience in luxury high-volume restaurant.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work as part of a large team.
• Flexibility with shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive and personalized service, anticipating guest needs and addressing any requests promptly.
• Deliver dishes to guests with precision, ensuring accuracy and presentation.
• Maintain a clean and well-organized dining area, ensuring tables are set and reset to the highest standard.
• To consistently strive for quality of service and consistency in our experience to our guests.
• Liaise with the front-of-house and kitchen teams to ensure seamless service and transparent communication.

Main Duties
