Job summary

Zuma is seeking a Senior Chef de Partie to join its luxury kitchen in Abu Dhabi. You will help maintain high standards, craft refined dishes, and lead a dedicated team to deliver exceptional hospitality for a global brand.

You will collaborate with Senior Chefs to develop seasonal creations and mentor junior staff, ensuring flawless mise en place during service and consistent guest experiences across Zuma’s renowned venues.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Sr. CDP in a luxury high-volume restaurant or similar.
• Demonstrates mastery of Japanese cuisine and plating.
• Strong mentoring and leadership skills with a passion for training teams.

Main Duties

Your key responsibilities will include:

• To maintain all mise en place at a sufficient level to ensure an uninterrupted flow of food during the service period whilst controlling the quality, consistency, appearance and taste
• To mentor the team, providing training, guidance, and support to maintain Zuma standards
• To consistently strive for quality of service and consistency in our experience to our guests
• Evaluate guest experiences, implement service improvements, and strive for consistency in delivering exceptional hospitality
• Work alongside the Senior Chefs to craft and refine creations, incorporating seasonal ingredients and unique culinary concepts
