Main Duties

• To maintain all mise en place at a sufficient level to ensure an uninterrupted flow of food during the service period whilst controlling the quality consistency appearance and taste
• To mentor the team providing training guidance and support to maintain Zuma standards
• To consistently strive for quality of service and consistency in our experience to our guests Evaluate guest experiences implement service improvements and strive for consistency in delivering exceptional hospitality
• Work alongside the Senior Chefs to craft and refine creations incorporating seasonal ingredients and unique culinary concepts
