Job summary

Lightfully Behavioral Health is seeking a senior operations leader to provide strategic direction and day-to-day management of our virtual clinical operations. You will partner with the CCO to execute the roadmap for virtual care, overseeing P&L, census growth, capacity, and revenue optimization.

The role focuses on scalable processes, clinical excellence, and successful expansion into new states while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance across all services.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive management experience in healthcare operations
• Master's Degree in a counseling-related field or BSN
• Active, unrestricted clinical license (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, RN)
• Proficiency with healthcare technology including EHR and telehealth platforms
• Fluent English; Spanish proficiency is preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and day-to-day management of virtual clinical operations
• Develop and execute the strategic roadmap for virtual operations in partnership with the CCO
• Manage P&L performance, including census growth, capacity management, and revenue optimization
• Build scalable operational processes to support growth while maintaining clinical excellence
• Lead operational planning for expansion into new states
• Supervise, coach, and develop employees through hiring, onboarding, and performance reviews
• Optimize employee engagement, retention, and turnover
• Partner with IT to optimize telehealth platforms, EMR workflows, and reporting dashboards
• Ensure safety and compliance with all governing bodies and internal policies
• Experience in mental health or behavioral health settings
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex clinical and financial data
