Job summary

Boston Medical Center Health System (BMCHS) seeks an experienced leader to guide our telecommunications and contact center strategy. You will shape multi-year plans and oversee enterprise voice infrastructure across multiple sites, including RingCentral, Avaya, and Cisco, while building a high-performance telecom team.

The role requires deep expertise in aligning voice platforms with EHR (Epic) and CRM (Salesforce), managing vendor relationships, contracts, and telecom budgets to deliver

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Telecommunications, or related field.
• 10+ years of leadership experience in telecommunications or IT infrastructure.
• Experience managing voice platforms (RingCentral, Avaya, Cisco) across multi-site environments.
• Proven success leading contact center strategy and operations.
• Experience integrating voice platforms with EHR (Epic) and CRM (Salesforce).

Responsibilities

• Lead development of a multi-year telecom and contact center strategy.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of enterprise voice infrastructure (RingCentral, Avaya, Cisco).
• Direct a team of telecom engineers and administrators.
• Provide strategic direction for the enterprise mobile device program.
• Design contact center solutions integrating with EHR and CRM.
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and telecommunications budgets.
