Our client is seeking a VP Sales specialising in Secure Documents and Identity Solutions. This pivotal role involves managing and expanding the company’s footprint in the UAE and beyond by securing new business and maintaining enduring client relationships. You will develop and implement strategic sales plans tailored to the unique security needs of each client, representing cutting-edge products and services in the secure documents space. The ideal candidate will possess demonstrable experience in a sales management capacity within the secure documents or related sectors, with a proven track record of securing major contracts. You should be adept at negotiating complex deals, have a deep understanding of the sales cycle from prospecting through to closing, and be comfortable engaging with senior decision-makers across diverse verticals. A background in security, government, or high-value document management is highly desirable, accompanied by relevant industry qualifications and a proactive approach to identifying new market opportunities.

The successful profile will be someone with a strong history in sales leadership, ideally within the secure documents, security printing, or identity solutions arena. A university degree, preferably in Business, Security, or comparable disciplines, will support your application. Accomplished candidates will have a history of consistently exceeding sales targets through strategic planning and exceptional relationship management.
