Job summary

flydubai seeks a senior strategist to lead the long-term planning for all business units. You will design and facilitate strategy workshops, align departmental goals with corporate strategy, and drive organizational performance improvements across the group.

You will develop KPI frameworks, dashboards and ROI analyses, collaborating with HR and IT to enable evidence-based decision making and cross-business collaboration. Fluency in English is essential.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field with 10+ years of experience in strategy, change management, or organizational development.
• Fluent in English with strong communication and presentation skills.
• 10–12 years of experience in a large corporate environment or strategy consulting.

Responsibilities

• Leads design, development and facilitation of departmental strategy planning workshops aligned to corporate goals.
• Defines departmental strategies and KPI targets with accountability for business effectiveness.
• Drives KPI frameworks, dashboards and cost/benefit analyses to enable strategic investments.
