Job summary

ADNOC in Abu Dhabi seeks a Vice President of Procurement Contracts to lead the group’s contracting services across all companies. The role drove end-to-end contract execution, including sourcing strategies, bidder lists, and negotiations for major acquisitions, while ensuring compliance with DoA and Tender Board standards.

The ideal candidate will have 18+ years in procurement within a large Oil & Gas organization, with 10+ years in senior management, and a track record of leading large teams

Qualifications

• Deep expertise in strategic sourcing and contracts management across full tender lifecycle.
• Ability to lead large professional teams and influence senior stakeholders.
• Strong negotiation, risk and compliance skills, with DoA policy knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of contracts execution services for projects, upstream studies, drilling, operations and services across the ADNOC Group.
• Develop sourcing strategies, bidder lists and techno-procurement negotiations for major acquisitions.
• Direct contract award, administration, variation and close-out in line with DoA and Tender Board requirements.
• Build and lead a high-performing division with emphasis on Emiratisation, budget and risk management.
