The ideal candidate brings 10+ years in database marketing leadership, strong ADT modeling expertise, and a proven ability to translate data into profitable strategies for guest retention and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in database marketing, CRM, analytics, or gaming marketing.
• Deep understanding of ADT modeling, reinvestment strategy, and comp economics.
• Proven experience leading data science and analytics teams.
• Strong financial acumen and ability to interpret P&L impact.
• Experience with CRM platforms and marketing automation systems.
• Exceptional executive communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own the gaming reinvestment strategy across all gaming customer segments.
• Lead long‑term reinvestment strategy aligned with profitability targets.
• Define segmentation logic across lifecycle stages.
• Oversee recurring campaign calendars and ad‑hoc campaign development / deployment.
• Oversee CRM campaigns across mail, email, SMS, digital and app‑based channels.
• Monitor reinvestment campaigns and performance metrics.
• Partner with Finance to align reinvestment with EBITDA targets.
• Lead CRM / Campaign Management, Data Science & Analytics, Segmentation & Strategy, and Marketing Operations.
