Qualifications

20+ years of relevant professional experience, including substantial experience in commercial leadership.
10+ years of leadership experience in a senior management role in a dynamic, growth-oriented industry.
Experience living or working in the Middle East, with an understanding of the region’s varied market, cultural and channel dynamics.
Experience in the electrical industry or a comparable project-led environment, selling directly and through distributors, panel builders, contractors and installers.

Responsibilities

Set the regional growth strategy for META and translate potential into regional priorities.
Define the regional organisation, governance and operating rhythm with clear accountability across country and cluster leaders.
Lead major negotiations and accelerate profitable growth across META, including key accounts and regional opportunities.
Deliver integrated customer solutions by coordinating across segments, marketing and functions.
Strengthen commercial performance through investment governance, forecasting, pricing and account management.
Build a high-performing regional organisation by developing country and cluster leaders and fostering leadership depth.
