Job summary

Al Ghurair Investment seeks a Vice President, IT Business Partnering to drive the digital and technology agenda for its Foods and Resources businesses. You will lead the technology portfolio, direct IT COEs and delivery partners, and partner with business leadership to maximize value.

You will shape commercial and operating-model decisions, represent IT to the business, and drive strategic initiatives with senior stakeholders across the group.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science / IT.
• 8+ years of experience delivering technology solutions, healthcare experience highlighted.
• PMP certification is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Set IT strategy with business leaders and drive the BU technology portfolio.
• Lead COEs, platform principals and delivery partners to deliver value.
• Manage IT governance, budgets, risks, and project execution.
• Advise on emerging technologies and lead PoCs as needed.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration and ensure IT alignment with business needs.
