Job summary

Al Rostamani Group is seeking a Business Partner – Automotive to manage day-to-day IT relationships, IT projects, and service delivery for the automotive entities. You will shape tech roadmaps, drive adoption of IT systems, and act as the focal point for major IT issues.

The role requires strong automotive business acumen, experience in UAE, and the ability to coordinate with vendors and stakeholders to deliver ROI-driven IT initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT field is required.
• 8-12 years IT and business/industry experience, with 4-6 years in a similar UAE-based role.
• Strong knowledge of automotive solutions and related IT services.
• Ability to map business needs to IT initiatives and ROI.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain IT business relationship framework for automotive entities.
• Prioritize customer requirements and align with business outcomes.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and escalate issues effectively.
• Track tech trends and ensure ROI-driven IT roadmaps.
• Oversee IT service health and service levels with vendors.
• Act as product manager for core automotive solutions and ensure adoption.
• Coordinate changes and ensure policy standards across the entity.
• Lead cross-functional IT team, on-site and offshore, to deliver projects.
