Job summary

Arada Capital, operating from ADGM in Abu Dhabi, seeks a Vice President of Business Development to originate and convert relationships with sovereign wealth funds, family offices, and institutional investors into capital commitments and strategic partnerships. You will work with the CEO and CIO to align investor appetite with the investment pipeline across UAE, GCC and wider MENA.

Qualifications

• 12–15+ years of experience across business development, capital raising, investor relations, investment banking, private markets or a comparable environment.
• Proven track record raising capital or originating investment relationships across property, infrastructure, real assets, private equity or alternative investments.
• Exceptional network across the UAE, GCC and wider MENA, with demonstrated ability to convert relationships into mandates, commitments, partnerships or transactions.
• Strong relationships with sovereign wealth funds, family offices, institutional investors, government-linked entities, developers and strategic capital partners.
• Strong commercial, relationship management, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Experience with ADGM, FSRA, DIFC or comparable international regulatory environments would be advantageous.
• International investor exposure, particularly across the UK, Australia, Europe or Asia-Pacific, would be beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA, CFA, CAIA or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Originate and convert relationships with sovereign wealth funds, family offices, institutional investors and strategic capital partners into capital commitments, partnerships and investment opportunities.
• Work closely with the CEO, CIO and investment team to align investor appetite with Arada Capital’s pipeline.
• Build and manage a regional investor network across UAE, GCC and wider MENA to support capital formation and strategic transactions.
