Job summary

Arada Capital is establishing an institutional investment platform from ADGM, Abu Dhabi, focused on property, infrastructure and real assets across the UAE, GCC and wider MENA region. The CIO will shape strategy, governance and capital deployment at an early stage, reporting to the CEO and Board and working within a clear institutional framework.

This is a leadership role overseeing investment strategy, significant transactions and portfolio decisions, with regional ambition and long-term

Qualifications

• Investment experience across property, real assets, infrastructure, private equity or comparable platform.
• Experience in investment committee, fund leadership, partner or MD level decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Define investment strategy and governance frameworks for a regional platform.
• Lead priority transactions and oversee capital deployment.
• Build investment capability to support scalable growth in UAE and MENA.
