Job summary

Aldar Properties is seeking an experienced leader to own and operate the Group's physical and network technology foundation, including data centers, networks, firewalls and connectivity across Abu Dhabi and subsidiaries.

The role focuses on reliable, secure, cost-disciplined service delivery through outsourced MSPs with on-site presence. Senior leadership must drive modernization, resilience and cross-entity coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• Master's degree is preferable.
• Minimum of 10+ years in infrastructure operations leadership within large, complex organizations.
• Minimum of 2+ years of managerial experience in a related field.
• Experience in networks, data centers and infrastructure services at group or multi-entity scale.

Responsibilities

• Own the operation of networks, data centers and connectivity across the Group and subsidiaries.
• Ensure high availability, performance and capacity of the infrastructure estate.
• Direct outsourced IT Managed Services for infrastructure with clear SLAs and KPIs.
• Implement infrastructure resilience, security controls and disaster recovery.
• Drive modernization toward automation and cloud alignment with relevant teams.
• Enforce group infrastructure standards across subsidiaries and coordinate with Cloud/DevOps teams.
• Build and lead the infrastructure team and develop Emiratization objectives.
