Job summary

First Abu Dhabi Bank is seeking a senior audit expert to plan and execute audits across Information Security, BCM, Data Domain, GT and System Integration for FAB Group in the UAE and internationally. You will apply IS, IT, risk management and regulatory knowledge to provide management with robust assurance.

You will lead and mentor teams, deliver timely audit reports, and drive continuous improvements, in line with the Annual Plan, while staying abreast of regulatory changes across jurisdictions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; post‑graduate qualification desirable.
• CISA certification essential; CISSP/CISM/CSX beneficial.
• 10 years of relevant banking/audit experience with leadership responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead audits of Information Security, BCM, IT, Data Domain and System Integration in UAE and internationally.
• Ensure audits align with Annual Plan and report delays or changes to Head of Audit.
• Provide guidance and on-the-job training for junior colleagues.
• Prepare and maintain Audit MIS / dashboards and present to audit committee.
• Stay updated on regulatory developments and translate them into practical controls across jurisdictions.
