Job summary

First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB) invites applications for a senior auditor within Operations & Support Functions. You will participate in and lead audits across the FAB Group, ensuring governance, risk management, and control effectiveness in the UAE and international jurisdictions.

You will mentor junior staff, drive continuous improvement, and collaborate with management to deliver timely reporting and robust action plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Post-graduate qualification and/or professional certification desirable.
• Minimum 5 years internal audit experience with international banks or Big 4 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Audit Operations & Support Functions for FAB Group in UAE and international network.
• Lead audits and ensure work programs meet annual plan and deadlines.
• Provide guidance to junior colleagues and promote a value-driven culture.
• Monitor budgeting and report variances to management.
• Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders and act as Audit Business Partner.
