• 7–10 years of experience in a similar bank role in UAE.
• Extensive execution experience across syndications, transaction banking, trade finance, loan capital markets.
• Strong analytical and financial modelling skills.
• Proven leadership in managing deals and mentoring junior staff.
• Excellent communication and cross‑team collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in executing deals across syndications, transaction banking, trade finance, loan capital markets, etc.
• Prepare and supervise credit applications and financial analysis.
• Lead deal teams and manage transaction processes.
• Develop marketing materials and conduct client presentations.
• Engage in KYC, DD and relationship management with clients.
• Coordinate with internal departments across regions for seamless execution.
