Edari, Abu Dhabi-based, is seeking a VP, Corporate Finance to provide strategic leadership across capital structure, funding strategy, project finance, and financial modelling. You will partner with senior leadership, Treasury, M&A and FP&A to optimise funding options and capital allocation for major projects, investments and initiatives.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related discipline.
• 12+ years of progressive experience in corporate finance, project finance, treasury or related fields.
• Strong experience in capital structure, funding strategy, debt analysis and financial modelling.

Responsabilidades

• Lead development and optimisation of the Group's capital structure and funding strategy.
• Evaluate debt facilities, refinancing and funding structures with banks and lenders.
• Oversee financial analysis and modelling for major projects, investments, M&A and capital allocation decisions.
• Lead analysis of debt capacity, covenant headroom, refinancing requirements and interest-rate exposure.
• Review complex financial models and business cases for investments and projects.
• Provide Board-level recommendations on funding options and capital allocation.
• Coordinate with Treasury, FP&A, M&A and business units on funding requirements.
• Support due diligence and transaction processes with financial analysis and scenarios.
• Identify and monitor financial risks and mitigation strategies.
• Develop governance, controls and reporting across corporate finance activities.
• Manage relationships with banks, advisors and rating agencies.
