Job summary

Casagrand Gallantee Real Estate LLC in Dubai invites an experienced Vice President Finance to lead the company’s financial strategy, fundraising efforts, capital structuring and real estate finance initiatives.

Reporting to the CFO, you will build and manage relationships with banks, investors and funds, supervise the finance team, develop financial models and business plans, and ensure governance, compliance and robust reporting in a fast‑growing real estate portfolio.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in finance with senior leadership roles.
• Proven track record in fundraising, debt/equity financing and project finance.
• Strong real estate/development finance experience is essential.
• Established network with banks, investors, funds and financial institutions.
• UAE experience is a must.

Responsibilities

• Lead fundraising and capital-raising initiatives across debt, equity, structured finance and private capital.
• Develop and manage relationships with banks, institutional investors, private equity, family offices and other partners.
• Lead funding transactions from structuring and negotiations through due diligence and closure.
• Develop financial models, investment proposals, business plans and investor presentations.
• Evaluate project feasibility, investment opportunities, funding requirements and capital structures.
• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, cash-flow management, treasury and risk management.
• Provide strategic financial insights to senior management for expansion, investments and projects.
• Ensure strong governance, controls, compliance and reporting.
• Lead and mentor the finance team to drive overall financial effectiveness.

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced VP Finance to lead the company's financial strategy with a strong focus on fundraising capital structuring investor relations and real estate finance

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute strong fundraising and capital-raising initiatives across debt equity structured finance and private capital
• Develop and manage relationships with banks institutional investors private equity firms family offices and other financial partners
• Lead funding transactions from structuring and negotiations through due diligence and financial closure strong Escrow management strong exp
• Develop financial models investment proposals business plans and investor presentations
• Evaluate project feasibility investment opportunities funding requirements and capital structures
• Lead financial planning budgeting cash-flow management treasury and financial risk management
• Provide strategic financial insights to senior management for business expansion investments and project development
• Ensure strong financial governance controls compliance and reporting
• Lead and mentor the finance team and drive overall financial effectiveness

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; CA / CFA / ACCA / CPA / MBA Finance preferred.
• 12+ years of experience in finance, including significant experience in a senior leadership role.
• Proven track record in fundraising, debt/equity financing, project finance, and capital structuring.
• Strong experience in real estate/development finance is a must.
• Established network with banks, investors, funds, and financial institutions.
• Strong financial modelling, commercial negotiation, investment analysis, and stakeholder management skills.
• UAE experience must.
