Job summary

ClearGrid is seeking a Product Manager to own the Voice AI product end to end, including the voice stack, tooling for prompt engineers, and platform evolution for client configuration and monitoring. You’ll balance engineering trade-offs, budgets, and stakeholder needs across lenders and banks in the UAE and KSA.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of product management experience shipping software with engineering teams.
• Hands-on voice AI experience: voice agents, speech models, or voice-based products preferred; strong conversational AI/LLM backgrounds considered.
• Experience owning internal tooling for expert users (prompt engineers).
• Able to own cost lines and defend unit economics without sacrificing quality.
• Data-literate and able to derive insights from data independently.
• Technical foundation is a plus; hands-on experience matters more than formal quals.
• Experience shipping Arabic or other non-English language products is a strong plus.
• Experience with regulated or enterprise financial services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end Voice AI stack performance including quality, latency, transcription accuracy and reliability.
• Own Voice Infrastructure & capacity: STT, TTS, model routing, gateways, dialing capacity.
• Own cost & efficiency: manage unit economics, cost per minute/call, and vendor decisions.
• Own Prompt & Agent Platform: build a central library, version history, validation, and regression testing.
• Maintain Production Quality: build QA/monitoring loops for live agents in regulated contexts.
• Lead Client-facing Platform evolution: configure and monitor for lenders, with analytics and transcripts.
