Job summary

Intertec Softwares is seeking a Technical Support Engineer (Onsite) in Dubai to deliver hands-on technical support for VMware, Windows OS, and server/storage environments. The role requires 6–8 years of experience and a BE/BTech/BSc/Diploma qualification.

You will work directly at customer premises, coordinate with SMEs and vendors, and maintain certifications as needed. The candidate should communicate effectively across departments, be willing to travel on-site, and manage multiple tasks while

Qualifications

• BE/BTech/BSc/Diploma in relevant engineering or diploma field.
• Strong understanding of VMware in enterprise environments.
• Proficiency with Windows OS and related server technologies.
• Knowledge of Exchange/Outlook email setups and administration.

Responsibilities

• Good experience with VMware and fixing related issues.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Windows OS.
• Coordinate with SMEs/vendors for support and implementation tasks.

Responsibilities

• Good Experience on VMWare and fixing related issues.
• Technical Support and troubleshooting support for Windows Operating system.
• Knowledge of Email Account Creation/ Outlook/Exchange.
• Maintain and acquire Certifications as per Business Requirements.
• Have Excellent cross‑department communication and relationships with all stakeholders.
• Co‑ordinating with SMEs/vendors for certain Support cases and implementation‑related tasks.
• Willing to work on‑field at customer premises for undertaking Customer initiated Projects and support functions based on the requirement.
• Ability to inspire confidence in Customer.
• Self‑Starter and able to work independently and as part of the team.
• Ability to multi‑task and prioritize multiple objectives initiatives and requests.
• Ensures successful implementation and maintenance as per defined standards.
