Job summary
Intertec Softwares is seeking a Technical Support Engineer (Onsite) in Dubai to deliver hands-on technical support for VMware, Windows OS, and server/storage environments. The role requires 6–8 years of experience and a BE/BTech/BSc/Diploma qualification.

Qualifications
- BE/BTech/BSc/Diploma in relevant engineering or diploma field.
- Strong understanding of VMware in enterprise environments.
- Proficiency with Windows OS and related server technologies.
- Knowledge of Exchange/Outlook email setups and administration.
Responsibilities
- Good experience with VMware and fixing related issues.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Windows OS.
- Coordinate with SMEs/vendors for support and implementation tasks.
- Willing to work onsite at customer premises for projects and support.
- Maintain certifications as per business requirements.
- Demonstrate strong communication with stakeholders and teams.
- Work independently and as part of a team, multi-tasking priorities.
- Ensure successful implementation and maintenance per defined standards.
