Job summary

Al-Futtaim Group is seeking a Visual Merchandising Manager for Retail Stores in Dubai, UAE, to lead visual presentation across IKEA-aligned outlets. You will ensure adherence to IKEA manuals and brand standards, develop range-display solutions, and drive commercial presentation while managing VM teams and projects within approved budgets.

The role covers UAE, Qatar, Egypt and Oman, requiring strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration and a focus on delivering measurable store performance

Qualifications

• Degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
• Minimum 5 years in IKEA Communication and Interior Design.
• Ability to plan, present and implement range-display solutions.
• Strong familiarity with IKEA visual standards and safety.

Responsibilities

• Improve Market Hall presentations and support add-on sales.
• Lead work-brief development with Sales and Logistics Managers.
• Ensure store visual expression follows IKEA manuals and concept requirements.
• Plan and implement range-presentation solutions.
• Advise teams on range changes, sales declines or stock shortages.
• Deliver visual merchandising projects within timeplans and budgets.
• Guide specialist co-workers in the department.
