The role focuses on store layout planning, visual merchandising, range presentation, and communication strategies that inspire customers while driving sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire the Communication and Interior Design team to create inspiring retail environments that reflect IKEA home furnishing solutions.
• Develop creative directions through workshops and collaboration with store teams.
• Plan and implement a store commercial calendar to ensure seasonal range presentation and store vitality.
• Ensure store layout, visual merchandising, and communication strategies align with IKEA brand standards.
• Coordinate with commercial teams to ensure effective product presentation and customer engagement.
• Contribute insights on consumer behavior and home furnishing trends when developing store business plans.
• Participate in range planning processes together with sales and logistics teams.
• Oversee planning, preparation, and implementation of store layout updates and design changes.
