Job summary

Van Cleef & Arpels in the United Arab Emirates seeks a Visual Merchandising Executive to support the implementation of the VM action plan across the UAE boutique network, upholding global standards and brand visuals.

You will coordinate planograms, provide day-to-day VM guidance, and ensure consistency of visual identity while collaborating with HQ and regional teams on seasonal activations and events.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of Visual Merchandising across the UAE boutique network, ensuring alignment with guidelines and business priorities.
• Coordinate planogram preparation and maintenance to ensure consistent Visual Merchandising standards.
• Act as a primary contact for day-to-day Visual Merchandising guidance and support boutique teams through dedicated channels.
• Monitor Visual Merchandising compliance and the application of the brand's visual identity.
• Coordinate production and deployment of Visual Merchandising kits for seasonal activations and cultural events (e.g., Ramadan).
• Assist with visual communication tools for boutique projects, including iconography, videos and digital displays.
• Coordinate Visual Merchandising logistics, including stock availability and post-activation stock reviews.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure successful execution of VM requirements for events.
• Support development of Visual Merchandising Ambassadors through training and best-practice sharing.
• Conduct regular boutique visits to review priorities, action plans and execution standards.
• Prepare post-activation reports and project updates to monitor progress and identify improvement opportunities.
• Support VM budgets with monthly updates, expense tracking and financial reporting.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal Finance/Legal to manage vendor documentation, POs and invoices.

WHAT ARE WE EXPECTING FROM YOU?

As a Visual Merchandising Executive, you will report to the Head of Events & Visual Merchandising UAE and support the implementation of the Maison’s Visual Merchandising action plan across the UAE boutique network.

You will contribute to ensuring the visibility, consistency and excellence of the Maison’s creations, while upholding its global Visual Merchandising standards and supporting business objectives.

In this role, you will:

• Support the implementation of Visual Merchandising and zoning strategies for seasonal activations, product launches and key commercial moments, ensuring alignment with the Maison’s guidelines and business priorities.


• Coordinate the preparation and maintenance of planograms, ensuring consistent Visual Merchandising standards across the UAE boutique network.


• Act as a key point of contact for day-to-day Visual Merchandising guidance, supporting boutique teams through dedicated communication platforms and tools.


• Monitor Visual Merchandising compliance across boutiques, ensuring the consistent application of the Maison’s visual identity and global guidelines.


• Coordinate the production, deployment and implementation of Visual Merchandising kits, including seasonal and cultural activations such as Ramadan, in collaboration with HQ and Regional teams.


• Support the deployment of visual communication tools for assigned boutique projects, including iconography, videos and digital displays.


• Coordinate and monitor Visual Merchandising logistics, including stock availability, replenishment and post-event stock reviews.


• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of Visual Merchandising requirements for events, in accordance with the Maison’s standards and project objectives.


• Support the development of Visual Merchandising Ambassadors through regular communication, training, coaching and the sharing of best practices.


• Conduct regular boutique visits and meetings to review Visual Merchandising priorities, action plans and execution standards.


• Prepare post-activation reports, Visual Merchandising reviews and project updates to monitor progress and identify opportunities for improvement.


• Support the management of Visual Merchandising budgets, including monthly budget updates, expenditure tracking and financial reporting.


• Coordinate with suppliers and internal Finance and Legal teams to manage vendor documentation, purchase orders and invoices, ensuring timely processing and payment.
