Job summary

Avanta Works in Abu Dhabi is seeking a dedicated Merchandiser to join our retail team. You will develop product displays, monitor stock, rotate fresh items, and collaborate with vendors to ensure timely deliveries.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of two years in merchandising, strong interpersonal skills, and an eye for detail. A high school diploma is required, with a college degree preferred.

This is a full-time position with a monthly salary of 1,500 AED.

Responsibilities

• Develop product displays that capture customer attention.
• Monitor inventory levels on a daily basis.
• Ensure stock levels are accurate and products are rotated regularly.
• Work with vendors to ensure on-time deliveries and product quality.
• Provide customer service and address queries or complaints promptly.
• Assist with store promotions and events as needed.
• Provide feedback to management on product performance and customer service.
