Work standard is seeking a skilled Merchandiser for its Abu Dhabi retail store. You will craft attractive displays, manage stock levels, and analyze sales trends to guide product placement and promotions.

Responsibilities include collaborating with buying and marketing teams, training staff, and ensuring accurate pricing and tagging across the floor. The role requires strong English communication and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Merchandiser in a retail setting.
• Excellent visual merchandising skills with an eye for design.
• Strong understanding of inventory management principles.
• Ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions about product placement.
• Knowledge of current marketing trends and techniques.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to train and supervise others effectively.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Create visually appealing displays that effectively showcase products.
• Monitor inventory levels and restock products as needed.
• Analyze sales data to determine which products are selling well and make recommendations for promotions or clearance items.
• Work with the buying team to ensure popular products are in stock.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotions or events.
• Train and supervise other staff on merchandising techniques and standards.
• Ensure all products are properly priced and tagged.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
