Job summary

Workato in Abu-Dhabi is seeking an experienced Merchandiser to join our retail team. You will manage store displays, promotions, pricing, and inventory to maximize sales.

The ideal candidate has strong organizational and communication skills, can work independently or with a team, and is proficient in MS Office. This role requires at least 3 years in merchandising and a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in merchandising or related field.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and good communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop product displays and promotions to maximize sales.
• Ensure products are presented attractively and properly labeled/priced.
• Keep track of inventory levels and inform management when stock is low.
• Maintain open communication with store management, vendors, and suppliers.
• Assist with stocking shelves and organizing backrooms as needed.
• Analyze customer feedback to improve service levels.
• Uphold high standards of customer service at all times.
