Job summary

Avanta Works in El-Fujairah, UAE, is seeking a talented Merchandiser to manage inventory, pricing, product displays and promotions. You will work closely with Sales Associates to ensure shelves meet company standards and respond to customer queries.

The ideal candidate has retail merchandising experience, strong English (Arabic desirable), and the ability to work independently with keen attention to detail in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Merchandiser or similar role in retail.
• Knowledge of inventory management software (POS).
• Excellent communication skills.
• Eye for detail and good organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related field (preferred).
• Fluency in English (Arabic highly desirable).

Responsibilities

• Inventory management, pricing, product display and promotion tasks.
• Collaborate with Sales Associates to ensure shelves and racks meet company standards.
• Answer customer queries in a timely manner.
