Job summary

Avanta Works in Bani Yas City, UAE is seeking an experienced Merchandiser to coordinate product displays and ensure optimal placement across assigned retail stores.

You will create visual merchandising plans, develop compelling in-store displays, ensure correct pricing and labeling, build strong relationships with store managers, track inventory and promotions, and stay ahead of industry trends.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of merchandising experience in retail.
• Excellent customer service with eye for detail and visual aesthetics.
• Ability to think strategically about product placement, promotions and inventory.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel & Word).
• Physical ability to lift up to 30 kgs (66 lbs).

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a visual merchandising plan tailored to each store.
• Develop creative displays that highlight product features and promote sales.
• Ensure merchandise is priced, labeled, ticketed and displayed per guidelines.
• Build relationships with store managers and staff to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory, pricing and promotions and track sales data.
• Keep up with industry trends to recommend new products or strategies.
