Job summary

The role requires 3-5 years in retail interior design or visual merchandising, with strong aesthetics, attention to detail, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in retail interior design or visual merchandising.
• Strong eye for aesthetics and detail, with ability to translate concepts into displays.
• Excellent teamwork and customer focus to coordinate with multiple store teams.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate visual merchandising for displays, windows, and in-store areas.
• Apply IKEA manuals and guidelines to develop functional display solutions.
• Maintain brand standards and ensure store visuals align with commercial priorities.
• Coordinate with Interior Designer to support current commercial activities.
• Collaborate with Sales and In-Store Logistics on projects and promotions.
• Implement visual merchandising tactics that support the store calendar and seasonal campaigns.
• Develop cost-efficient, safe, and environmentally responsible display solutions.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and maintain up-to-date product knowledge.
