The Head of Learning and Development will establish an integrated learning environment that supports current business priorities while preparing the organisation for future capability requirements.
Lead Group and divisional learning programmes covering AI, management capability, leadership development, and relevant soft skills. The role will work closely with senior stakeholders to identify capability priorities and translate them into structured development programmes that support employees across different professions, functions, and markets.
Integrate learning with the wider talent agenda by linking individual development plans with talent reviews, succession planning, high-potential programmes, internal mobility, and defined career pathways. Develop targeted national talent programmes designed to strengthen capability, career readiness, retention, and progression in relevant markets.
Build relationships with professional bodies and internal experts to establish recognised development and accreditation pathways for priority real estate roles. These pathways should provide structured professional development while supporting the specialist capability requirements of the business.
