Rixos Premium Dubai JBR, a luxury hotel, is seeking an experienced and visionary Chief Engineer to lead our engineering operations. You will drive technical excellence, set standards, and ensure safety, compliance, and performance across all engineering functions.

You will mentor a talented team, oversee preventive maintenance, manage budgets, and collaborate with cross-functional departments to align engineering initiatives with business goals.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related discipline) or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in engineering operations or senior technical capacity.
• Proven track record of leading engineering teams and managing large-scale operations.

• Provide strategic leadership for all engineering operations and initiatives.
• Develop and implement engineering strategies aligned with goals and best practices.
• Oversee daily operations ensuring safety, codes, and regulatory compliance.
• Direct maintenance and optimization of building systems and guest-facing areas.
